This class is designed to challenge and change you! This class is helps with perfect form and control to hit the whole body and work-rest periods vary from class to class but the intensity always pushes you to give your best that day. Plus, we always end with a finisher exercise to make sure you leave with those post-workout endorphins rushing round your body limit.
A combination of an aerobic workout, boxing and martial arts. Kick-boxing involves a lot of kicking and punching, working your whole body and improves strength, fitness, flexibility and coordination while getting the heart rate up.
Join a class in our rad spinning studio and we’ll spin you right round baby, like a record baby right round (yes, we went there!). If you want a workout that offers an intense cardio benefit that’s under an hour, you’ve found it.
Step aerobics is one type of cardiovascular exercise. It involves high intensity, interval training that burns loads of calories. An added bonus is that stepping builds endurance, improves your coordination and increases lower body strength.
